Being a petite woman does not mean that you are necessarily short, or small. Not at all. A petite fit is about proportion. It means that your proportions are “condensed” - whether that be in your legs, arms, torso or shoulder or over all. Ok - what does that really mean? It means you have to hem your pants. It means tops scootch off your shoulders or you lose your hands in coats, and basically, the fit is just not right for you! It means shopping is frustrating when it should be fun.
