Where Can I Return An Online Order?
Effective January 17th, 2025, Cleo will no longer be accepting returns and all sales are final.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship within Canada.
What Is The cost of shipping?
Ground shipping orders will be shipped for a flat fee of $9.99.
Ship to store orders will be shipped for $2 to any of our store locations for your convenient pick up.

What is needed to pick up a Ship to Store order?
For the security of your purchase, a government-issued photo ID must be presented at the store before your package can be handed over.
