We regret to inform you that Cleo will be pausing and winding down its retail operations, which include both our retail store locations and our online website, cleo.ca

 

Effective January 17, 2025, we will no longer accept returns, process gift cards, or redeem or issue loyalty points. However, Cleo will honour its existing return and exchange policy up to and including January 17, 2025. After this date, exchanges and refunds will no longer be available. Please note that all sales will be final after January 17, 2025.

 

The Canadian retail industry has faced significant challenges since the COVID-19 pandemic, and unfortunately, it has become increasingly difficult for our 50+ year-old brand to continue operating in its current form.

Online purchases can be returned to any Ricki’s, Cleo, or Bootlegger store or by shipping the unworn item(s) with the tags attached and the original online receipt to our distribution centre address below.

Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship within Canada.

Ground shipping orders will be shipped for a flat fee of $9.99.

Ship to store orders will be shipped for $2 to any of our store locations for your convenient pick up.

With Cleo winding down its retail operations, we regret to inform you that, effective January 17th, 2025, Cleo will no longer be accepting returns and all sales are final.

For the security of your purchase, a government-issued photo ID must be presented at the store before your package can be handed over.

We regret to inform you that, effective January 17th, 2025 - Cleo's My Connection loyalty program has been suspended. As a result, points will no longer be issued or redeemable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
