Contest Terms and Conditions

 

We’re excited to give you the chance to win an Extend Summer Prize Package — including a $500 WestJet travel voucher and a $500 Cleo gift card, for a total prize value of $1,000.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

 

How to Enter

To enter, complete the official entry form at cleo.ca, or scan the QR code in-store at any Cleo retail location to access the online ballot.

Please note:

• The contest is hosted exclusively on our official website.
• Cleo will never request your credit card or any sensitive personal information as part of the entry process.
• All entries become the property of Cleo and will not be returned.
• Entries will be reviewed to ensure they meet all eligibility and submission requirements.

 

Contest Period & Winner Selection

The contest runs from August 7, 2025, to September 30, 2025.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the contest closes.

 

Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter: employees of Cleo, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, independent contractors, or immediate family members living in the same household.

Residents of Quebec: Any dispute regarding the conduct or organization of this contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Any dispute regarding the awarding of the prize may also be submitted to the Régie for the purpose of reaching a settlement.

 

Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

• One (1) Cleo gift card valued at $500
• One (1) WestJet travel voucher valued at $500

Total prize value: $1,000 CAD

Please note:

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Items purchased with the prize gift card are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

Winner Notification & Prize Claim

The selected winner will be contacted by email. To claim the prize, the winner must:

1. Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question via a scheduled phone call.
2. Respond within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in disqualification.
3. Sign and return a Declaration and Release Form within 21 days of prize notification.

Failure to complete all of these steps will result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

Additional Terms

By entering, you agree to abide by these official rules and accept all decisions made by Cleo as final.

By entering, you release Cleo and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any claims related to the contest, the prize, or its use.

If selected as the winner, you grant Cleo the right to use your name, city/province, photograph, and any related statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

Limitation of Liability

Cleo is not responsible for:

• Typographical, printing, or administrative errors
• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical issues or failures of any kind

Cleo reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any other circumstances beyond its control. Fraudulent or ineligible entries will be disqualified.

 

Privacy Policy

By entering, you consent to Cleo and its agencies collecting and using your personal information solely for contest administration, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The winner’s name and city/province may be publicly shared on Cleo’s website and/or social media platforms.
